In this eye-opening introductory class, we'll explore the often-overlooked role that environmental energy plays in our daily lives. From sunlight and natural rhythms to food, water, technology, and modern conveniences, we are constantly interacting with forces that can either support or challenge our body's ability to function at its best. Rather than diving into complicated theories, this class focuses on practical, real-world examples that help make sense of why we sometimes feel energized, clear-minded, and resilient—and why we may feel tired, stressed, overwhelmed, or out of balance. We'll discuss how factors such as light exposure, screen time, electromagnetic fields (EMFs), nutrition, hydration, and other environmental influences may impact the body's natural processes.
