30 min deep healing session intended for those more familiar with Sound Healing.
Service Description
A 30-minute expanded group sound experience designed for deeper rest, presence, and full-body relaxation. This session offers a more continuous and enveloping sound journey using crystal singing bowls, allowing participants to drop into a deeper state of rest and receptivity. The format is designed to support sustained immersion in sound, creating space for release, clarity, and reset. While the experience is shared in a group setting, it is intentionally held in a way that supports individual reflection and inner stillness throughout. Jean’s 20+ years of expertise, combined with the selection of crystal alchemy bowls played during a session allows you the best opportunity to remove energetic blockages and facilitate healing in shorter session timeframe. Attendees must have attended at least 5 Sound Healing for Grounding & Reset sessions at Chakra Sound Garden. When attending, please refrain from wearing strongly scented products as some fellow attendee(s) may have sensitivities.
