This isn't a teaching course, it's an experience. ​We’ll be working with color, sound healing, vocal toning, and a thoughtfully curated selection of essential oils to support relaxation and the body’s natural healing process. Chromotherapy is a gentle, non-invasive practice that uses color to support balance within the body’s energy centers (chakras). Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls helps calm the nervous system and restore balance to the mind and body. Many people experience reduced stress and anxiety, less muscle tension, improved sleep, enhanced mood, and a deep sense of relaxation. Some also notice increased body awareness, emotional release, and a feeling of lightness afterward, as if a weight has been lifted. Vocal toning is a simple sound-healing practice that uses sustained vocal sounds and breath to create soothing vibrations within the body. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and promote emotional balance. Unlike singing, vocal toning focuses on breath, resonance, and intention rather than melody.
